We’re NZ’s largest brand experience group. We represent a world renowned innovator in floor care, hair care and technology. We are looking for extremely well presented, high energy people that love high end brands to join our team of passionate brand ambassadors.
We are looking for outgoing, professional and reliable people to join our Auckland team to work on behalf of Dyson, from now until July, with the potential to extend. Our ideal candidates must be available throughout the full duration of this period and will possess both a natural sales aptitude and passion for customer service. Previous exposure to a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing role is important.
Being a Sales Advisor for this premium brand is about more than just raising brand awareness and increasing sales. It's about a true passion for our products and a flair for insight into what our consumers want. It's about taking ownership and being driven to succeed.
For this premium technology brand we will be creating two teams – one will be demonstrating a haircare range of technology, the second will be demonstrating a range of floorcare technology products.

HOURS
Monday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday 8:30am - 3:00pm
Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm
KEY TASKS
1. Arrive on time for every shift
2. Check in and out of all platforms
3. Keep Demo Zone clean and tidy.
4.. Ensure all products are clean and functional for demonstrations.
5. Understand and achieve individual and team targets.
6. Engage consumers with excellent customer service skills and provide product information and assistance.
7. Managing POS System and handling transactions.
8. Managing stocking of shelves and maintaining store appearance.
9. Resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.
10. Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions.
11. To educate consumers on key product features, making Dyson stand out
12. Collect meaningful customer feedback on products
